Oasis Landscape and Garden Design and Evolution Paving and Landscaping won a gold award at the Kapiti Garden Show which was held over the Labour Weekend at Paraparaumu in the grounds of the primary school on Rimu Road.
Visitors to the courtyard expressed pleasure in what they saw. They stood in front of the waterfall: the adults worked out the circulation of the water; the kids flicked the water at their parents and each other.
The artworks held attention; as did the plant arrangements, especially Euphorbia “Polychroma”, Heuchera and Lobelia. Visitors could feel the calming effect of the trellis and zincalum screens that formed the boundary to protect from the strong wind.
